The Kentucky Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (KY-ACC) is dedicated to supporting women in the field of cardiology by providing valuable resources, networking opportunities, and professional development programs. Speaker: Jane Wilcox, MD is an international expert in heart failure with remission or improved ejection fraction (HFimpEF) and leads pioneering research on its long-term outcomes, residual risks, and genetic determinants. She also focuses on defining pre-dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), advancing heart failure care through clinical trials, health equity, team-based care models, and mentorship.
